Creative Hotel Associates, LLC is a developer, owner, and operator of high-quality, mid-priced hotels operated under the Marriott Fairfield, Marriott SpringHill Suites, Hampton, Comfort, Sleep, Quality and Best Western brands. CHA currently owns and operates fifteen hotels in Florida, Colorado, New Mexico, New Hampshire, and Vermont. CHA was founded by longtime industry veterans Bob Hazard, Jerry Petitt, Rick Kaden, and William E. Simon and Sons as an equity partner. It is dedicated to providing the best value in limited service and all-suite accommodations to the traveling public.
